You have 3 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must meet the following conditions:

With tags intact and no broken seals

Must include the original receipt or proof of purchase
We do not accept returns if:

The item packaging is broken, tampered, or the seal is broken

The product is used, damaged, or not in its original condition
📦 How to Request a Return

Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.
⚠️ Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
📦 Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us the same day at sibiabagsecom@gmail.com with photos and details. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it quickly.
